Refund policy
Refund Policy: Customers may request refunds within 30 days if a product is not received, is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Refunds can be initiated by contacting the company by email at admin@moremoremorejewelry.com and describing the issue supported with photos or videos. If the product is damaged or incorrect, typically a refund is approved and will be processed within 7–10 business days, returning funds to the original payment method. However, customer dissatisfaction (e.g., simply not liking the item) does not qualify for a refund.
